Generally, our opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 6.00
Friday 9.00 – 5.30
We plan to extend our opening hours till late and over Weekends soon.

Dr. Joseph Blau:
Dr Blau graduated from MelbourneUniversity in 1972. He did his clinical years at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Children‘s Hospital, PANCH and Royal Women’s Hospital. He started his General Practice in St. Kilda in February 1977, and has practised here ever since.
Dr. Jack Goldberg:
Dr Goldberg has had 30 years full time experience in all aspects of General Practice.
Dr. Judy Carman:
Dr Carman graduated in 1981 from MelbourneUniversity. She has a special interest in women’s, children’s and mental health. She also enjoys seeing people of all backgrounds having worked with overseas students at MonashUniversity since 1997.
Dr Carrie Kausman
Dr Kausman has joined our Practice in 2013. Her wonderful personality and clinical experience helps her with her special interests in women’s, children’s and mental health.
Dr. Harry Perelberg:
Dr Perelberg graduated in 1972 from MelbourneUniversity. He has been in private practice since 1974 and the Army Reserve Medical Corp. from 1987-1995. He is a member of the Australian Society of Hypnosis and R.A.C.G.P. Harry also occasionally works for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Dr. Mary Zeitoune.

Dr Zeitoune has joined our Practice in May 2013. She has been trained in UK and attained high status of Fellow of Royal College of General Practitioners. Her main interests are in women’s and children’s health.
Dr. Mike Birrell
Dr Birrell joined our practice in January 2011. Dr Birrell worked for almost 30 years in Point Lonsdale, and another 3 years in Port Macquarie. He was a keen surfer and football player but due to injuries put off a career in football to pursue his love of general practice. Dr Birrell is particularly interested in aged care. He was awarded an Order of Aust medal. He also dallies in art and loves to sketch his elderly patients.
Dr. Charles Tsang MBChB (Otago), FRACGP.

BULK BILLS HIS NEW PATIENTS
Dr. Charles Tsang recently arrived from Auckland, New Zealand. He graduated from the University of Otago in 2001, having spent time at the preclinical school in Dunedin and the clinical school in Wellington. Charles developed an early interest in general practice, rotating through relevant specialties including an early postgrad semirural placement. He continued to explore different care delivery models in a variety of practice settings.
Dr Tsang achieved the highest qualification in General Practice – Fellowship of Australian College of General Practitioners.
Other Services Available: General practice and check-ups including counselling, treatment room for emergencies, women’s health – pap smears & pregnancy test, on-site pathology (Monday – Friday from 9am till 1pm), liquid nitrogen “freezing” therapy for sun spots and warts, nutrition advise & weight management, sports medicine, child vaccinations, travel medicine, Minor surgery, skin checks & removal of moles and sun spots.
Not all doctors bulk bill their patients – please, ask Reception when making an appointment.
